What does it cost if my entries are free?

Nothing. The commission only applies to paid registrations. An event with free entries, a jam or an in-house open, uses every tool, scoring and live leaderboard included, without paying anything. You choose whether it appears in the public feed or stays private, accessible by link.

How does it work for a charity event?

You organise for the benefit of a charity and collect registrations on Calisthenics Corner. We take no commission, even on paid entries. You pass 100 % of the proceeds to the charity and we ask for the donation receipt before validation.

You are never invoiced directly and there is no subscription. The 3 % + 1.50 € commission is taken automatically on each paid registration, and the proceeds land in your Stripe account. Sell nothing, pay nothing.

Who pays the fees, me or the athlete?

You decide, event by event. Either the athlete pays the fees on top of their registration, or you split them 50/50, or you take them on entirely to show a round price. Our cut never changes, only the amount charged to the athlete does. See who pays the fees .

Entries, shop and spectator tickets: Solo and team entries, a shop with sizes and stock, spectator tickets, all in one Stripe payment.
Split team payment: Switched on by the organiser, with a deadline. The captain enters the team, each member gets a link and pays their share, and the entry is confirmed once every share is in.
Early bird, flex option and promo codes: Automatic early bird pricing, a flex option paid for by the athlete, and promo codes.
Automatic waiting list: Category full, the next people queue. You hold a freed seat with a time-limited invitation, and it moves on if it expires.
Generated running order: Built from your categories and your ranking, or drawn at random, adjustable by drag and drop and exportable to Excel.
Judging and automatic ranking: Multi-criteria judging, valid rep counting or loaded attempts. Configurable scale and tie-breaks, with a ranking calculated and published when you choose.
QR code check-in: One QR code per athlete in the confirmation email, scanned at the door, attendance recorded automatically.
Built-in messaging: Announcement channels and private messages with athletes and volunteers, straight from the platform.
Broadcast screens: Leaderboard, current run and what comes next on the venue screens, one URL per screen, nothing to install.
Online qualifiers: Runs filmed in the app, accelerated upload, hosted on our servers and reviewed by the organiser one video at a time.
Athlete and organiser app: A notification on every entry for the organiser, a reminder before the run, the running order and the scores for the athletes.
