Certification

Train your judges, certify your coaches.

Your sessions award a certification that stays on the profile, with its date and its expiry.

Calisthenics Corner runs your course like a workshop, with its public page, its seat limit, its price and its check-in, then awards the certification to whoever attended and attaches it to their profile with its title, its date and its expiry.

What it covers

  • Judge licence

The course required to officiate at an affiliated competition.

  • Coach course

A supervised curriculum awarding a level your organisation recognises.

  • Refresher

Bringing an expired licence back up to date, in a short session.

  • Federation module

One block of a longer path, validated on its own.

  • Organiser course

Protocol, safety and rulebook, for the people who build the events.

  • Supervisor certification

The level required to lead a group or run a gym.

The features

Attached to the profile

Title, date awarded, the authority behind it and any expiry. It lives on the person, not in the event folder.

Available at any time

A judge shows their licence and a coach their certifications straight from their profile, with no document to dig out of an inbox.

Checked before the event

A federation can require at least one licensed judge on the staff of an affiliated competition. The check happens when the team is put together.

Awarded after check-in

The certification goes out once the check-in is done. Someone who booked but did not attend gets nothing.

Expiry tracking

A licence nearing its end triggers a reminder to the holder and to the organisation, then shows as expired on the profile.

Seats, price and payment

Seat limit, price, waiting list and Stripe payments, exactly like a workshop. 3% + €1.50 per booking, no subscription.

How it works

  1. Open the course

Dates, venue, trainer, programme, seat limit and price.

  2. Take the applications

Booking and payment online, with whatever documents you ask for along the way.

  3. Teach and check in

QR check-in gives you the list of who attended.

  4. Award it

The certification lands on each attendee profile, with its title and its expiry.

The certification. A workshop ends when the session ends. A course leaves a certification attached to the attendee profile, with its date and any expiry.

Yes. The licence is awarded through your own courses, then checked when the staff of each affiliated competition is put together.

The holder and the organisation get a reminder before the date. The certification then shows as expired on the profile, and a refresher brings it back up to date.

Yes, it works exactly the same way and triggers no fee.
