The features

Public page

Name, dates, venue, photos, description and price. The page is live in minutes and shares as a link, with nothing to host and nothing to build.

Seat limit and waiting list

The seat count is held for you. Once it is full the next people queue, and they move up on their own when someone drops out.

Slots and prices

Morning and afternoon, beginner and advanced, one day or the whole weekend. Each option carries its own seats and its own price.

Online payment

Cards worldwide, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and iDEAL. The money lands on your Stripe account. 3% + €1.50 per booking, no subscription.

QR check-in

Every attendee gets a QR code when they book. One scan marks them present, and the list of who is in reads live.

Emails and reminders

Confirmation on booking, a reminder before the day and a group message when the time or the address changes.

Shop

A t-shirt or an accessory sells at booking time, with its sizes and its stock, in the same payment.

No scoring

No judges, no scores, no ranking. The competition features are simply absent from this format.

Yes. An event with no payment costs nothing, and keeps the seat limit, the waiting list, the reminders and the check-in.

Yes. Each slot carries its own cap, its own price and its own waiting list. One attendee can book one or several in the same order.

Through Stripe, on your own account. The 3% + €1.50 fee is taken at the transaction, and it is carried by the attendee, by you, or split evenly, depending on your setting.

Yes. T-shirt size, level, dietary needs, emergency contact or photo consent. You set the fields and export the answers.

A group message goes out from the platform, and refunds are handled line by line from the order list.
